For more than 20 years, the job has been getting finance, supply chain, and operations onto one platform, and keeping them there through growth and acquisitions. That started with Navision 2.6 at United States Container Corporation, ran through Dynamics NAV rollouts for Banacol, Ametek, and Event Network, took Oracle JD Edwards across the US, China, and Mexico at Precision Castparts, and led to a $5M Dynamics 365 Business Central program at Citizen Watch of America that landed on budget and became the template for its subsidiaries.
Today I run global IT for Moss, SNG & Rimmer Bros, a private-equity-backed group with sites in the UK, France, the Netherlands, and the US. Reporting to the CEO, I took global IT operating expense from $3M to $2M, led the Azure migration with no business disruption, and put Claude and the OpenAI API to work on the product catalog that came with our acquisitions.
The through line is governance. SOX, JSOX, GDPR, and GAAP have shaped every portfolio I have run, and the same discipline now covers enterprise AI, through a framework for Claude, the OpenAI API, and Microsoft Copilot. My programs have run from Malaysia and China to Mexico and the UK, in English and Spanish.

- Led Azure migration and architecture across infrastructure and security teams with no business disruption and full policy compliance.

- Cut application vendor costs by one-third and weekly downtime from three hours to 30 minutes by bringing fragmented DevOps in-house under lean change control.
- Built supply-chain integrations with EDI, Salesforce, Charge Logic, and Avalara, and stood up demand and supply planning on o9 across B2B, D2C, and B2C channels.
- Owned the follow-on SAP migration as project owner, running platform selection, RFP, and vendor negotiations.
- Led IT and ERP integration of an acquired Geneva-based watch company, retiring its legacy infrastructure into one standard environment.
